Duralac is commonly supplied in a paste form. Often called Duralac Green.

It seals joints between dissimilar metals particularly in the Automotive , Marine and Aerospace Industries.

The problem of galvanic corrosion often seen around the front wishbone bobbins is caused by dissimilar metals mounted in an area which receives spray or soaking with a conductive fluid, usually salt water but other contaminates may also be responsible.

This is an example of very heavy corrosion. (Spitfire Engineering)
